A candidate's public profile should have all identifiable information hiden from view. When a company requests to interview a candidate, the candidate will be able to choose to share their full profile and resume. They can also choose to wait to share their full profile until they learn more information. While we encourage a confidential process the entire way, we can not guarantee full confidentiality after the interview stage begins.

No. To create a candidate profile is free. A candidate may choose to pay for additional services such as the MVP Package which includes a detailed resume review, full profile creation, and a 1:1 career consultation from a Recruitment Success Manager. There is no fee charged to candidates after they have accepted a position.

Employer Companies pay a monthly membership fee to have access to the Vertly platform and features (see plans for details). In addition, when a candidate is successfully hired a fee of 10% of the annual salary is charged to the employer company.
